18. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Care Plans (Annual Plans)

Refunds can be requested at any time after completion of a minimum of 3 months of the annual plan.

The refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, after deducting charges for services already utilised.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date the refund request is approved.

Care Services (On-ground / Task-based Services)

Care services can be cancelled with a minimum 48 hours’ prior notice.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.

In case of any misconduct, negligence, or unsatisfactory behaviour by our care staff, refund or replacement will be provided as applicable.All refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
